Canada Express Study (CES) priority visa program in Vietnam
The process of considering the priority visa for Vietnam students wishing to attend Canadian Colleges.
On last 26 February 2016, Consulate General of Canada in Ho Chi Minh City, the Embassy of Canada in Hanoi, and the Department of Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Canada (IRCC), in cooperation with the Association of College and Institute of Canada (CICan) is pleased to announce a pilot program called Canada Express Study entitled to accelerate the process of granting visas to Vietnamese students may wish to study at the membership Colleges in Canada. The pilot program will be implemented from March 1, 2016, which lasted 18 months and is likely to be extended in the future.
The participating colleges are members of the Association of College and Institute of Canada (CICan) - Organization of national level is established based on the willingness of the member units, representing public colleges, academies, universities and research institutes, CEGEPs in Canada and around the world.

Conditions for participation in the program:
Students who wish to apply for a student visa through CES program must meet the following requirements:
- Get into a full-time course of a school participating member of CICan in Canada.
- Proof of payment of tuition for 1 year.
- Achieve a minimum of IELTS 5.0 in which no skill below 4.5 within 2 years.
- Buy certificate Guarantee Investment (GIC) from Scotiabank worth 10,000 CAD to cover living expenses in the first year in Canada.
- Apply for a visa 60 days prior to admission.
- Conduct a physical examination at least one week before the date of filing the visa.
