About the Institution

Fulton-Montgomery Community Colleges (FMCC) was founded 1963 and is centrally located in beautiful New York State. FMCC is a community college campus of the State University of New York (SUNY); it’s within a four-hour drive between Boston, Manhattan and Montreal, Canada. FMCC is one of the few schools that offer ESL within the SUNY system. As a result, some of the schools within the SUNY system have partnered with Fulton-Montgomery to offer ESL and conditional admissions. Once the student successfully completes the ESL program at FMCC, they will matriculate to the Academic program at the applied College or University within the SUNY system.
